Anna is a passionate marketer with over 20 years experience in building and executing winning brand strategies for beer and beverage brands. Developed and led various portfolios/brands in established and emerging markets in Europe as well as led Desperados beer brand in 85 markets globally as a Global Brand Director. Currently takes the role of Marketing Director and management team member in Heineken Vietnam. Her passion of driving sustainable value of brands through creativity and courage to experiment has been recognized with such awards as Spikes, Creative Pool, Campaign Magazine, The Drum, Lovies Awards or MMAs.
As SVP of China Business Innovation & Investment (CBI) for Shiseido, Carol is helping to shape the next phase of transformation for the company. She helps to accelerate the implementations of innovations and new business models, to create new beauty businesses as the next growth driver for the group on a global level via both internal incubation of new businesses and external investments into new uprising companies.
In June 2022, Carol led the launch of Shiseido’s 1st ingestible beauty brand – InRyu in the China market. Now serving as the Inner Beauty Division GM, she will also incubate and create a portfolio of inner beauty brands to meet the needs of the discerning beauty consumers.
In 2021, Carol set up the Shiseido Beauty Innovations Fund (Ziyue) with Boyu Capital to target companies focusing on fast- growing sectors of the China market, with the goal of enhancing its business portfolio for new brands and to create business synergies with existing businesses.
Previously, Carol has held a number of management positions at multinational firms such as Unilever, Burberry, L’Oréal, Amway and Marriott where she has led global strategy & innovation, marketing functions across regions and categories. Carol received her undergraduate degree from New York University’s Stern Business School and her MBA from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Robert Sawatzky is editorial director at Haymarket Media’s industry-leading advertising, marketing & communications publication, Campaign Asia-Pacific. Previously in Hong Kong and now based in Singapore, he leads the Campaign editorial teams across the region, working closely with editors and contributors in Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo and Mumbai, cooperating with global teams in the UK, US and Canada.
He is responsible for all of Campaign’s editorial strategies across all media platforms in Asia including Campaign Asia’s websites in English, Chinese and Japanese, daily newsletters, social media channels and live events.

With over a decade and a half of experience straddling technology, media, retail and FMCG/CPG, Sanchita has an experience that spans across 80+ countries ,managing diverse digital, media and commerce teams and brand portfolios. She has won several industry awards which include 40 under 40, top women in social media and others.
She currently leads Digital Activation, Media and CRM at Adidas for Emerging Markets(India, Middle East & North Africa, Turkey, Israel and South Africa)
Previously, she was the Asia Pacific Lead for Connected Commerce and Marketing Excellence at Johnson & Johnson, Consumer Health, leading geographies that include India, South East Asia, Australia, China, Taiwan,Japan, Korea. The portfolio of brands ranged across the baby, skin care, self-care/OTC and essential care categories with over 50+ consumer brands. She’s been a part of the core global project team working on the Brand building model for J&J and has also been awarded for digital transformation by J&J India while in her earlier role as the India Group Digital Lead.
She has had both country and regional digital lead roles, built and recruited teams from ground up. Worked across companies like Reliance Retail, India’s largest omni channel retailer, The Times of India group,SVG Media, with Big FM as a Radio Jockey and also IBM in different roles and capacities. Her articles and views on digital have been published by some of the top print and online publications across APAC and she is an active speaker and panelist at several digital industry events.
Sanchita grew up in Muscat, Oman, worked and lived in Singapore and currently is based in India. She is passionate about connecting and engaging with the connected consumers of today and in her free time loves reading, travel, food, blogs and dogs.

Tammy is an experienced marketing and business leader who joined Kohler in early 2022 as the Vice President of Global Marketing for Kitchen & Bath Group. In her role, she manages global marketing campaigns, events, digital, direct showroom programs, ecommerce and global strategic account & sales.
Prior to joining Kohler, Tammy spent 10 years at Dyson, driving ambitious business growth through new market entry and mature markets revitalization in the Asia Pacific region. She also launched and managed the Haircare category globally, making it the fastest growing category for Dyson. As the Global Marketing Director, Tammy oversaw the top 12 markets globally in terms of Go-To-Market plans, marketing investment, and global media agency relationship.
Apple played a key role in Tammy’s marketing career where she led the launch of the first iPhone in China market, an experience that shaped her approach to marketing and innovations for years to come. Tammy’s passion for creativity and innovation continues and she is now a Tangle Teezer Innovation Advisory Board Member, where she provides insights and unique perspectives to fuel the company’s global expansion and innovations.
Tammy received her B.S. in Advertising from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in the US, and has substantial experience working in Hong Kong, Beijing, San Francisco, Tokyo and the UK.
